Mom and Baby are doing well!

38 weeks

Actually I'll be 38wk. tomorrow, but Andy took this today. I am so glad to be almost done with these belly shots! I have started to get some swelling and can no longer wear my wedding rings. I put them on a chain to wear around my neck but still I'm afraid they might fall off. I still have a mark around my ring finger where I took it off 2 days ago! It should have come off a long time ago. Up 35 pounds and I do NOT plan on gaining any more!

It's Official!!

We have a date! Baby Greathouse should be arriving on February 26th! (Unless he decides to come earlier :) Due to him still being breech we felt the best thing was to go ahead and schedule a C-section. I am feeling better now that it is decided and we have it over with, however, WOW that is soon. I am still taking it all in, but we are really excited. I have gotten some really encouraging words from many of you that have really helped me and thank you all so much for praying!

At my last appoinment I asked the doctor if he had any clue about how big he is and he thought he was about 7 pounds so far! He should be a good size and long like his daddy! At my ultrasound at 28 weeks the tech told me he had long legs! Can't wait to see the rest of him!

My parents are making plans to head out here and should be here the day we get out of the hospital, which I am really happy about! And Andy's mom will be here to help in a few weeks probably when Andy has to make his first trip out of town.
I will try and get up a picture soon! Happy Valentine's day to everyone! I know it will be extra special for us as it will be one of our last weekends of just "us."
